Opportunity can be Remote-ISN is seeking a Senior Consulting Analyst that can serve as a subject matter expert in FHA HECM Mortgage Loan serving. This individual will specilize in HECM loan origination, loan servicing, loss mitigation, mortgage banking, mortgage servicing and asset disposition.
QualificationsPortfolio Management Professional (PfMP) is desirable. Interpretation and implementation of FHA's HECM policies, procedures, and Mortgagee Letters. Understanding of FHA reverse mortgage related financial transactions and the demonstrated ability to advise staff on mortgage lending solutions that conform with FHA HECM policies, procedures, and Mortgagee Letter. Successful interaction and business relationships with FHA-approved HECM mortgage lenders, investors, custodians, servicers, master servicers, third-party vendors, and internal constituents at all organizational levels.
Experience:
A minimum of ten years' experience in the field of financial management, HECM mortgage loan servicing, and mortgage loan servicing information technology applications. Subject Matter Expertise in FHA Mortgage Loan Servicing and experience with portfolio management.
Education:
Bachelors Degree
