Job Description
Isovolta, INC. is looking for a quality minded individual, who is detail oriented, to perform routine quality assurance activities on the products produced in our manufacturing facility. The quality technician’s responsibilities include conducting tests and inspections, identifying product defects, and working as part of a team to help our company maintain the highest quality standards to meet our customer requirements.
Quality Technician Responsibilities:
- Follow written quality policies, procedures, and inspection / testing methods.
- Perform routine inspections and quality tests.
- Maintain laboratory workflow to get essential information regarding the product to the machine operators and management, as quickly as possible.
- Document quality activities, testing, inspections and create quality reports, as requested.
- Commitment to and participation in continuous improvement.
Quality Technician Requirements:
Previous experience in quality assurance is not required. We will train you with the skills needed to perform inspections, testing and reporting.
- Minimum of High school diploma/GED required (degree or some advanced coursework a plus)

- Work well independently (after training) as well as, part of a team
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook Mail.
- Mechanical and/or computer knowledge a plus
- Ability to train on day shift for several months
Shifts Currently available:
All Shifts Available – first, second and third
Hourly Rate
Based on experience -- room for advancement shift differential for both second and third shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
