General Job Description:
The Sales Service main responsibility is to handle customer inquiries and to support internal departments on customer issues and prepare reports and quotes, entry of purchase orders and delivery follow up. Support Sales with all inquiries, samples, delivery information and quotations, etc. Prepare quotations for Isovolta customers. Handle direct customer inquiries on all topics including deliveries, technical requests, samples, pricing and lead time, etc. Order entry of all Purchase Orders. Collaboration with Production, R&D and Quality as necessary with customer requirements.
Primary duties for Logistics include the timely completion of customer invoicing, scheduling finished product shipments and coordination of all documents required to effectively fulfill daily shipping to our customers. Coordinate transport companies directly or through customer requested forwarding partners for pick up for completed orders via email, internet or phone
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong Positive Work-Ethic
- Must demonstrate good math skills
- Ability to operate a personal computer and various applications (SAP, MS Office) for word processing, spreadsheets, email, and etc.
- Good interpersonal communication, customer service, relationship building, and time management skills are essential.
- Support the team in achieving all Safety, Production and Quality goals
- Observe and follow all safety rules and regulations
- Must pass criminal background check/physical/drug screen
- Previous sales/ logistics experience desired
