What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Catering Assistant position at ISS?
Shift: time is 12:00pm-7:00pm. Flexible time
Days: Mon - Fri
Additional Hours: Potential need to come in early or stay a little later if catering orders for the day. Also, may be asked to cover an earlier shift
Job Duties: OCS, Meals clean-up, catering clean-up / set-up. Since this person will be the late person Yessenia would be doing most of the meal receiving/ordering, catering set-ups and OCS stocking. The late person would be doing the catering order clean-ups, meals clean-ups, OCS area cleaning and straighten up plus be available if someone needs something. At this time we are not expecting people to be placing orders for dinners the same as they order lunches. Any afternoon needs should be a more traditional catering order style for refreshments.
Uniform: Professional casual. No Jeans. Black slacks. Slip resistant shoes.
This person would follow Yessenia's direction and guidance. Yessenia will provide info on the days events and needs, what needs to be watched and cleaned.
