Schedule: 9AM - 6PM with 1 hour lunch.Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00. Bonus opportunities available

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
The Law Firm Office Services Team Member is responsible for supporting legal assistants, paralegals and attorneys in a professional legal environment. Ideal candidates have high end customer service skills, copy/mail experience, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Operating mailing, copy, scanning and fax equipment
- Managing the conference rooms
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Shipping & Receiving
- Ordering supplies
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience requirement -
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- 1Yr experience working in a professional office or copy/mail center a HUGE plus
- Experience processing/sorting mail; Experience working in hospitality environment
- Experience making copies
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Excellent attendance - reliable; Ability to work independently and in a team setting
