Duties:
- Supervise Production Line: Lead a team of production workers, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the production line.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of products, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Training and Development: Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current staff on production processes and safety procedures.
- Production Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production outputs, downtimes, and issues. Report daily production activities to the Production Manager.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the production process to minimize downtime.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
