We are seeking full-time Sourcers for our Littleton, CO office as a fast-track training opportunity for promotion to Technical Recruiter! Opportunity may include hybrid work schedule and progressive pay structure!
This Sourcer role is an exciting chance to source top talent for some of the nation’s most important projects and develop the core skills to emerge as a top of industry Technical Reruiter. Reporting to the head of Human Resources, Sourcers will interact closely with all levels of executive leadership in a collaborative fashion to support all key Business Units as appropriate. Job Duties:
- Search for resumes or profiles through a variety of databases including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Clearance Jobs, and iCIMS
- Complete phone screens with candidates to determine interest and fit based on qualifications
- Work one on one with Leadership and Account Management team honing sourcing and recruiting best practices
- Communicate candidate and requisition updates with the hiring team
- Train for fast-track promotion to Technical Recruiter

- Ability to manage time and responsibilities effectively and independently
- Ability to work on-site in Corporate Headquarters 3-5 days per week
- Ability to support professional remote work 2 days per week if Hybrid schedule is selected
Exemplary Experience Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
