Job Description:
Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
4 years of IT experience.
3 years of experience in Workforce Management domain in implementation and support capacity in leading WFM products such as UKG, BlueYonder
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) domain
- Experience with Kronos (UKG) or other WFM product
- Experience with BlueYonder (JDA) will be desired
- Knowledge on understanding WFM mobile applications
- Experience in working in Production Support projects along with typical weekly, monthly reporting preparation, presentation to client
- Knowledge in ServiceNow, PagerDuty will be a plus
- Ability to communicate technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Experience managing team size of 10 would be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
