ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
- Configure and install routers, software, and other network devices
- Monitor network performance, integrity, and suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
- Perform routine network maintenance, including installing software upgrades and troubleshooting issues or outages
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two (2) years previous work in an IT position
- Ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
- Comprehensive understanding of network services and network protocols such as OSPF and BGP
- In-depth understanding, practical knowledge, and hands-on with networking systems such as LAN, firewalls, routers, and load balancers
- Ability to analyze and evaluate networks, identify any issues, and provide solutions to ensure networks are operating efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to apply positive personalized service to every guests interaction
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, nights, and weekends
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
