Successful candidate will have strong PC and Network troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve basic to advanced hardware, software and connectivity problems quickly. Must be self-motivated, eager to learn and progress in the position, and responsible with strong customer relations skills. Candidate must be able to identify and initiate resolutions to user problems and concerns associated with desktops, laptops and workstations; assist with the planning, purchasing and implementation of PC hardware and software in compliance with company's standard policies and procedures, assist with remote problem resolution for off-site users as required and ensure a high level of client satisfaction is achieved and required service level agreements are met.
Requirements include 1 year experience with PC hardware, operating systems and Office productivity application software, 1 year experience with desktop support required, knowledge of Windows Operating System, Windows Terminal Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP and networking also required.
