Job Title: Desktop Support
Location: Opa Locka, FL
Duration: 12 Months
Interview Mode: Phone & Video
Requirements:
- Knowledge on End User Computing Devices (Laptop / Desktop / VDI)
- Expertise on windows 7/ 10 administrations
- Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues
- Knowledge on PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)
- Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployments
- Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issues
- Troubleshooting of Office 2016 issues
- Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issues
- Mobile Device Management support
- Experience on Windows Imaging process using SCCM
- Experience on Data Migration tools and O365 One drive
- knowledge on windows server operating system, DNS and DHCP
- knowledge on Switches and Routers
