Job Description:
- Provide ServiceNow CSM best practices in support of the development and revamp of existing Open City forms. These updates will include developing workflows/flows to support improved and automated processes.
- Implement fulfiller UI improvements to support those who have very focused needs and interactions a streamlined interface to do the work they are tasked with doing.
- Provide best practices to support development of a unified communication strategy and implementation related to Open City Requests for both internal conversations for a team and communications out to the client.
- Implement a simplified process for handling data responsive to requests including a simple file management related to a request, review of linked data to a request at task level, support of large data files and data that may be responsive to multiple requests.
- Enhance/implement updates to the consumer model and the Open City portal to support organizational accounts or linked accounts. This should allow an owner of that account to create/authorize other sub accounts and be able to control what visibility members of that account have to their orgs requests.
