Responsibilities:
As a Digital Web Content Specialist, you will be responsible for the website content management strategy execution, and optimization across our eCommerce platforms. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, Creative, and Events to help refine and improve our digital experiences and customer journeys.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Guide and develop the content creation process for our brand, products, customer, and digital experiences
- Understand the desired target audiences, manage the content creation and publishing process, and monitor consumer and content metrics
- Meet with the creative, marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals
- Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
- Developing and executing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing/sales goals
- Proofreading and editing content before publishing
- Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented
- Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms
- Coordinating with the sales, marketing, design, and copy teams to ensure the timely delivery of assignments
- Tracking distributor/consumer and content analytics and generating reports and presentations
- Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remote.
