Job Posting for Associate Administrator, Clinical Applications - IS - Full Time 8 Hour Days (Exempt) (Non-Union) at IT
Under the direction of the Chief Information Officer, the Associate Administrator of Clinical Applications will optimize and support activities that further patient care, patient safety, quality, and research capabilities at Keck Medicine of USC by collaborating with clinical and operational leaders to drive transformational change through the use of information technology. The incumbent partners with health system leaders to continuously improve on the Quadruple Aim: reducing costs, improving patient experience of care, managing population health, and staff satisfaction with systems and works with various stakeholders to develop roadmaps and detailed work plans in support of clinical applications.
Minimum Education: • Bachelor’s Degree Required Minimum Experience/Knowledge: • A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive executive healthcare IT leadership experience • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in leading complex clinical technology implementations with members of multiple disciplines or an equivalent combination of relevant experience. • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with executive leadership, clinical operational leadership, project management leaders, and individual contributors. • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives with an emphasis on deploying software solutions that provide business value. Required License/Certification: • Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
