What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be responsible for assisting with daily financial operations and reconciliations.
- Responsible for managing the full range of accounting including billing and receiving, payable and payroll, and management reporting.
- Responsible for cash reconciliations, and periodic billing for the company.
- You’ll work with teammates across the country.
- Support Payroll processing and work with IT and Human Resources
- Responsible for Financial Regulations Compliance, Tax reporting, and internal and external financial statement preparation.
- A four-year accounting degree from an accredited college
- Proven technical skills.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel Skills Required
- Strong time management skills.
- Very strong ethical standards.
- CPA preferred
- Strong Attention to Detail
- This role has a high probability of being promoted.
- Prefer someone with at least 5 years of experience, will look at someone with three years of substantial experience.
