Compensation

  • $150,000 – $180,000 base plus bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build trust and guide the finance team towards innovation and efficiency.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills and industry-specific software for financial analysis.
  • Lead a small team, balancing hands-on duties with strategic leadership.
  • Manage cash flow, optimize credit line usage, and enhance collection processes.
  • Provide clear financial insights to ownership and suggest actionable solutions.
  • Strengthen banking relationships and improve financial reporting.
  • Oversee complex commission calculations and present technical data to leadership.

What You’ll Need To Be Considered

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or CPA is a big plus.
  • 15 years of experience in Accounting/Finance with a strategic leadership focus.
  • Ambitious, growth-oriented mindset with strong cash management experience.
  • Hands-on approach with excellent team management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data for ownership and suggest practical solutions.
  • Experience in managing banking relationships and optimizing financial processes.
  • Background in construction or project-based industries is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards for data presentation to aid decision-making.
