What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Account Manager position at iTalent PLUS?
Our client's client, a leading iGaming content provider is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join their team reporting into the Managing Director of one of their Game Studios.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage close relationships with our client's B2B clients
Management will be via phone calls, email, Skype and the occasional face-to-face meetings;
Support the Commercial team managing multiple B2B clients in a professional and organized manner. Join AM meetings, representing the specific game studio.
Ensure clients are optimizing our client's games on their sites. Collaborate with external and internal marketing teams. Work to get premium onsite positioning of our client's games and new games released quickly on clients’ sites;
Establish trust and relationships with key client influencers and decision makers;
Work with clients to compile data and insights on product performance versus that of competitors, the effects of targeted campaigns and promotions etc.;
Be the “Games Expert” for the Commercial team supporting them in promoting and selling their Games Content
Assist with requests from our client's B2B clients related to the Games.
Create and maintain commercial game sheets, feature lists, roadmaps etc.
Feedback to the internal teams on B2B client requests, complaints and suggestions.
Support the Managing Director in preparing presentations and data for meetings.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Casino Manager or similar.
Be an expert in online slots.
A good understanding of casino management, game selection and promotions
Experience in working inside an iGaming B2C operator is highly advantageous;
Proven competence in negotiating;
English proficiency.
