Position Overview
In-Home Therapy (IHT) is an intensive therapeutic intervention designed to stabilize families in crisis to reduce out of home placements. The Salary Base Plus (SBP) IHT Clinician provides structured, family focused, strength-based, wrap-around, clinical services to children/adolescents ages 3-20 and their families. IHT services are provided in the home and within their communities, and at times via remote telehealth, based upon the client and family preference, and clinical need. The SBP IHT Clinician is dedicated to increasing the family system’s ability to support their children in learning new coping skills to manage and overcome social, emotional, and developmental struggles. IHT services are a wrap-around model of care that focuses on supporting children and their families in all life domains, both through clinical interventions and case management. This is a full-time job with benefits. A minimum of 18 billable hours per week is required. Requires late afternoon and evening hours.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Travel without restriction to children's homes and throughout the community
- Must have a valid driver’s license, fully insured reliable car, and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
- Provide in-home family therapy to children/adolescents and families
- Ensure services are in line with IHCs philosophy of trauma informed care
- Assist families and staff in identifying and utilizing community resources and natural supports
- Empower the youth and family in advocating for themselves
- Coordinate and build relationships with collateral providers, state agencies, schools, and natural supports
- Maintain accurate clinical charts, follow all clinical documentation timelines and requirements
- Ensure that all services are provided in a professional and strengths-based manner
- Meet agency productivity requirements and follow all agency safety protocols
- Attend treatment planning and other relevant clinical team meetings, as well as weekly clinical supervision
- Be available for phone calls from clients/families weekdays 8 AM-8 PM
Essential Qualifications
- Master level degree in social work or related mental health field
- MA State Independent Clinical Licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, etc.)
- Bilingual language candidates strongly encouraged to apply
- Commitment to the highest quality of client care
- Clinical experience working with children and adolescents for individual, family, and/or group treatment
- Solid case management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Open to constructive feedback
- Sound clinical judgment, especially during clinical crises
- Maintains strictest level of confidentiality with respect to agency, employee, and client information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as computer literacy
