Cyber Security OT Engineer

What you’ll do: 

• You will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing OT/IoT security services with defined deliverables to fulfill contract commitments to the highest degree of value. This requires an innovative mindset coupled with thought leadership to drive quality of OT/IoT offerings across all different verticals and geographies.
• You will provide subject matter expertise through delivery of workshops, as a member of consulting engagements, and as leader on solution design and deployment projects.
• You will be conducting ICS/OT site assessments to identify business critical systems and develop effective risk mitigation measures.
• You will conduct comprehensive security program analysis and provide expert recommendations that result in the development of an OT/IoT security plan and roadmap.
• You will support sales pursuits by establishing strong client relationships with key accounts to help progress organic growth.

Must Have:

• 8-12 yrs experience leading OT Security frameworks to include IEC 62443 and NIST CSF and leading products used in OT Security solutions.
• 10 years of experience in developing OT/IoT cybersecurity solutions for industrial industry
• 3 years Previous experience assessing against standards and frameworks (i.e., IEC-62243/ISA-99, ISA-95, NIST SP 800-82 R2, NIST CSF, NERC CIP, ISO 27001/27002.)
• 3 years with Industry Control Systems (technologies and/or environments. Examples include SCADA, DCS, RTUs, IACS, PLCs, HMIs, Engineering Workstations, Historians, etc.)
• 3 years in design and deployment of network security solutions and controls in industrial networks, (I.e. network zoning, segmentation and isolation designs and implementation) and the client's business.
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CKS for ICS or NERC CIP frameworks
• Understanding of general cybersecurity frameworks (ISO IEC 27001/27002, ISO 15408, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), NIST SP800-53)

Certification:

• ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificates
• Cybersecurity certification (e.g., CEH, CISA, CISM, CCSP, etc.)
