Facilities Engineer Manager
Job responsibilities:
As the Facilities Manager you will focus on planning and implementing strategic objectives while upholding the company values, and goals of safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance mechanics, ensuring safety standards, and liaising between departments to ensure seamless communication and functionality. You will play an integral role in improving and maintaining the company's facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and maintain high safety standards across all facilities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- You will supervise, train, and manage maintenance mechanics across three shifts, ensuring their performance aligns with company policies and procedures.
- You will oversee facility and equipment maintenance, minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- You will execute capital and expense projects for new and existing facility and equipment improvements, following budgetary considerations.
- You will act as a Liaise between departments to improve function, communication, and collaboration related to facilities and equipment management.
- You will participate in annual budget preparation, focusing on facility safety and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain facility certifications and designations, and other relevant programs.
- Perform other duties as required within the scope of responsibility.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of engineering facilities experience.
- Solid planning, organizational, and large capital project management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
