We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. As a Sales Manager at Trading Partner, you will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence
Meeting planned sales goals and setting individual sales targets
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
Promoting the company and our products.
Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, especially in Construction, Energy, or Agriculture sector
Proven track record of meeting planned sales quotas
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent leadership skills
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
