Job Brief
We are looking for an energetic and detailed team member to assist with day to day operations between the sales team & clients. Employee must be located in the greater Cullman, PA, Columbus, OH, or Lebanon, PA area and able to work both in-office and remote.
Role
This is a part-time role that would grow into a full time roll as the business grows. This seat reports to the Director of Event Operations. Duties include event setup, answering customer & client calls & emails, managing after hour emergency phone, and efficiently executing advance sales event needs.This seat is best suited for someone with the ability to problem solve and evaluate various situations and implement efficient solutions. All tasks within this department require significant use of computer databases. This seat is best suited for someone with strong verbal skills and the capability of handling multiple tasks via phone, email and chat.
Responsibilities
- Event/Venue Setup & Manage 50-75 part-time
- Customer/Client Phone & Email
- Ticket Payments/Mail
- Ticket Printing
- Chargebacks
- Voicemail
- After-hours emergency support
- Report client feedback
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Phone, Email & Chat communications
- Proficiency with iOS
- Attention to detail and strong independent thought and problem-solving skills
- A servant's heart & attitude, a team player
- A desire to learn & expand as the company continues to grow
- Punctuality and excellent attendance is a must
- Excellent client service skills & helpfulness
- Availability to work between the hours of 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday
