Who You Are

You are a proven IT account manager with excellent relational skills and a strong understanding of IT services. You are driven to succeed and can manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

 

Your Skills and Background:

 

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the IT or MSP sector
  • Strong understanding of IT services and their business applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strategic and analytical thinking abilities
  • Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field preferred
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus


What You Will Do

 

  1. Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for partner.
  2. Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon standards and SLAs. Coordinate with technical teams to address IT needs effectively.
  3. Strategic Planning: Work closely with partners to understand their business objectives and align our IT services with their goals.
  4. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion by understanding their evolving needs. Propose solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. New Account Leads: Follow-up and close new business from provided qualified leads.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate service performance metrics and conduct partner satisfaction assessments.
  7. Issue Resolution: Promptly address partner concerns and issues, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  8. Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to both partners and internal management.
