We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function at ACI Learning. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will spearhead our annual, quarterly and monthly planning rhythms, own our 3-statement financial model and generally ensure the company is focused on what is coming downfield. You will support leaders of each function across the business acting as a liaison to finance. You will create, maintain and distribute critical operational reporting along with clear and concise explanations and insight. You will be charged with a number of ad-hoc projects including supporting M&A and business integrations, playing a role in enterprise software implementations and enhancements, to name a few.
We are a hybrid first work environment. We would prefer this individual live and work in the Denver market reporting occasionally to our HQ offices in the Denver Tech Center, but are open to the right candidate contributing remotely.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the annual planning cycle, as well as quarterly reforecasts and monthly rolling forecasts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and other business functions, providing ad-hoc analytical support as required.
- Enhance and manage our Excel-based 3-statement financial model to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute key financial and operational reports, offering clear explanations and actionable insights.
- Support M&A initiatives, including subsequent business and systems integrations.
- Partner with the CFO on debt refinancing and equity investment work streams.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Controller to facilitate the monthly close process, ensuring financial statements are accurate and timely.
- Identify and implement process improvements to elevate the quality of financial analysis and reporting, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the FP&A function.
What We'd Like You To Have (requirements):
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance
- Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work
