Account / Sales Executive

50 year old Installation and Service Company located in Tucker, GA is looking for an Account / Sales Executive who will be responsible establishing new accounts and for maintaining current business relationships with existing client base within assigned territory. The Account / Sales Executive position will work closely with the Project Management Team ensuring a smooth completion of Installation Projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure client satisfaction is a daily, primary goal.
  • To seek, follow and close leads to acquire new business for the Company.
  • Identify decision makers and develop working relationships with them.
  • Design and deliver parking and access solutions, presentations and proposals highlighting ITR capabilities and offerings to fulfill the client’s needs and earn their business.
  • Exceed predetermined quotas set by Management while maintaining excellent working relationships with all employees and existing client base.
  • Maintain a cohesive and pleasant relationship with all other ITR employees.
  • Ensure a TEAM approach is always applied to your decision making.
  • Communicate your needs, wants and desires directly to Management to help ensure your success in achieving your duties and responsibilities.

  • Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas and expeditious conflict resolution.
  • Contribute positively to the team by demonstrating appreciation of diversity, encouraging cohesiveness and being supportive of other team members, and by working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed.
  • Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate organization information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate interpersonal communication.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Results oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills with knowledge of ERP/MRP, Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
  • Ability to analyze data to develop meaningful, actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education and Experience

  • Four-year college degree preferred.
  • Five (5) years of Account / Sales Executive experience within a construction environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
