The Environment & Safety Coordinators are charged with reducing liabilities associated with safety, health and environmental laws and regulations. Environment & Safety Coordinators provide onsite safety training, coach employees and serves as a safety liaison for Terminal Managers.

Environment & Safety Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coaches field employees in all aspects related to safety and loss prevention
- Assists with classroom training for new hires
- Partners with site management to perform incident analysis and corrective actions
- Monitors safety compliance and conducts daily yard observations
- Completes weekly, monthly and quarterly internal audits and reports findings
- Updates and creates Job Safety Analysis as needed

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health or Safety is preferred- 3 years’ experience in Health & Safety or Environmental fields
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- Proficient in Outlook and MS Office suite of products
- Strong Work Ethic
- Open availability
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions

Salary : $53,600 - $67,800
