Position Summary:
Over the years, CCT developed wide range of applications and tools to provide business users with different data in sales, finance, and manufacturing areas. Mostly we have different SQL databases with Excel or other custom interfaces, though in some cases, it can be SAP BW, Power BI or other similar tools.

The existing data structure is no longer satisfying business requirements, in some cases it is outdated and difficult to support. CCT has a need to create new BI environment that can efficiently utilize existing standards ERPs, existing software licenses and leverage the corporate resources like global teams and software.

Essential Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Analyst with Project Management skills with the following abilities:
  • Collect all necessary requirements from different business units in combination with technical limitations from different data reporting tools and platforms.
  • Work efficiently with corporate BI teams utilizing their knowledge and resources building local CCT BI approach in coordination with global ITT strategy.
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and manage external and internal resources.
  • Business Intelligence/Data Reporting Analyst working closely with the corporate BI architect team to provide the customer with business analysis expertise, report creation, dashboard design, and maintenance in a tactical capacity, evaluating internal and external client requirements and implementing effective solutions on time.
  • Interface with key business users to understand process, identify the need and guide the users in defining the requirements for an Analytics solution.
  • Demonstrate ability to develop and write clear and concise business requirements for Analytics solution which highlight desired business value
  • Perform critical testing and validation of analytics applications/solutions.
  • The BI Analyst will gather, analyze, and document functional/reporting requirements (i.e., user stories using interviews, documentation analysis, plant visits, use cases, and multiple scenarios), maintain, design, assemble, and deliver reports and dashboards.
  • Extract information from several data sources and ERPs (SAP BW reporting and analytics solutions). Oracle is a plus.
  • Define and document customer business processes and report/dashboard content needs, including business process diagrams, data maps, and data modeling
  • Design institute-wide “views” and custom reports visually appealing and informative for large and small-scale distribution
  • Educate and train business users to use the data as an analytical tool, displaying the information in new forms and content for analysis and option exploration

Position Requirements:
  • Has experience with Power BI, Business Objects, SAP BW to design/deliver solutions based on known datasets
  • Has enough experience to suggest and execute the most productive approach to satisfy business requirements in short and long terms.
  • 5-7 years of business analysis, report development, or related technical experience
  • Knowledge of Qlikview is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL and MS SQL is a plus
  • Working knowledge of business processes and procedures and desire to use Analytics solutions to improve those processes (knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0.: OTC, PTP, FICO, etc, Oracle ERP is a plus).
  • Ability to estimate cost and resources for a projected solution.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with geographically distributed resources.
  • Ability to consolidate, interpret and present data in reports/dashboards for executives, team leads, and end users focused on Finance, MM, SD, PP
  • Experience working with advanced Excel reports with VBA changes is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to listen and relate with the customer
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong team player willing to always help other team members
