Position Summary
To oversees the financial management and reporting activities of the company, and is responsible for budget planning as well as supporting executive management team in offering insights and financial advices that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
Essential Responsibilities
Complete the monthly closing and statutory reporting as per the corporate schedule;
Complete the monthly account reconciliation package and drive the balance sheet visibility;
Prepare the related reporting/ presentation for management review as required by the corporate;
Ensures compliance with global financial policies and procedures. Maintains an adequate system of internal controls;
Leads the weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual budget and forecasting requirements;
Drives continuous improvement, cost savings and enhancement of product profitability；
Cooperate with external auditors to complete statutory auditors;
Assist controller to drive the SOX compliance and no repeated findings;
Complete TAX application and statistical work
Accountability and self-management
Must be well organized, detail oriented and good with numbers.
Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
Qualification:
Above 5 years related experiences
Bachelor degree with Finance Major
Having the experiences on Plant costing analyst
Good leadership skills
Good skills to handle multiple tasks and time management
English is workable
Good communication skills, and can provide the problem solving skills independently；
Be familiar with the ERP system and Microsoft office
