ITW Air Flow Management delivers differentiated value to the North American Automotive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) by addressing industry trends of autonomous driving, display integration and customized environments. We are a producer of interior components such as Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs) and Air Registers bringing in approximately $88M of revenue.
We are part of a division with 3 locations and approximately 530 employees in North America. Our manufacturing location are in Westminster, MA and Reynosa, Mexico. In addition, our Sales, Engineering and Product Development team are located in Troy, MI. This role will be in our Westminster Facility.
Westminster is a focused manufacturing location of Pressure Relief Valves. We are on a journey to be best in class and a center of excellence in manufacturing by focusing on high volume, highly automated molding and assembly processes.

Job Description
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a System Analyst to mainly support our Westminster, MA location with ability to support Reynosa, Mexico as needed. The Systems Analyst role is to maintain and improve efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, strong attention to detail with a strong customer service orientation.
Job Duties:
- Assist in the planning, design, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications to promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their business needs and developing requirements specifications that drive technology solutions
- Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot existing systems, as required
- Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to ERP systems
- Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot issues related to EDI and customer specific label requirements
- Collaborate with Project leads, cross-functional teams and IT team to resolve issues and ensure systems are viable and consistent
- Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems
- Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems
- Create and update documentation for system support
- Maintain system access and ensure proper separation of duties exists
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration
- 3 years of related work experience
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Extensive experience supporting core software applications such as ERP
Preferred:
- Experience supporting EDI
- Proven experience in overseeing the design and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems or products
- Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives

- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools and other computer components
- Occasional inspection of cables in floors and ceilings
- Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals
- Up to 25% travel may be required
