This individual is responsible for supporting key initiatives to bring our brand purpose and strategy to life.
Join us as we create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns for best-in-class consumer packaged goods Slime and Fix-a-Flat. Prepare line review presentations to pitch new items to our world class retail partners.
Help us drive growth through analysis of product assortment and product performance. Partner in the development of new products, refreshing the brand image via product packaging, merchandising displays, promotions, and public relations.
Act as brand spokesperson at tradeshows and events. Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research and trends in order to identify opportunities. Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media.

- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
- Commercialize and sell-in new products at retail
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Conduct targeted market research via focus groups, surveys, internal and external product tests for key prospective new products and product line refinement.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Contribute with the development of new products, refreshing the brand image via product packaging, merchandising displays, promotions, and PR.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance on marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Establish and maintain brand budgets
- Provide competitor analysis, market trend and new product data. Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities.
- Creates retail sets
- Works with sales by attending tradeshows and sales meetings as needed.
- Assists as needed on priority projects as directed by Marketing Manager
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years' experience in brand or product management
- Strong analytics, communication, and project management skills
- Must be familiar with Microsoft office programs including PowerPoint and Excel
