**Division Description:**
ITW Electronics Assembly Equipment (EAE) Division is made up of four brands strongly recognized by Contract Manufacturers and OEMs in the Electronics and Industrial Markets. The Division designs, develops, manufactures, and markets capital equipment primarily used in the assembly process of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and other industrial applications. We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to lead and direct the global Marketing Communications team in creating, This position can be located at any of our three US sites. implementing and overseeing marketing strategies and communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products. In this role you will develop the brand, product promotion and go to market strategies, partnering with senior leadership, product management, and sales management teams. You and your team will translate strategies into marketing objectives, creative strategies and marketing communication plans. This position requires extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
**Key Roles:**
Develop ITW EAE brand position and messaging
Project Committee member on Customer Back Innovation (CBI) projects, working with Product Management to develop marketing plans and validate value propositions on new product introductions.
Develop go to market and market growth strategies with sales leadership and product management. Identify marcomm needs to support those strategies
Develop and manage marketing budget
Develop trade show participation schedule, provide creative direction and management
Identify and execute marketing campaigns and product promotion strategies, including Salesforce CRM marketing administration
Develop advertising and PR strategies to support branding, product launch and market growth.
Develop socal media strategies
Responsible for web site design and maintenance, search engine optimization and search engine marketing
Identify and develop sales tools to support go to market strategies
Market research to better understand our product differentiation
Manage and direct creative staff and external resources
May include graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, video production and editing, copywriting and creating other marketing content.
Successful applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field as well as 10 plus years of marketing experience, in a technical capital equipment B2B environment. This role will be located at one of ITW EAE's facilities with up to 15% travel.
