Job Description
- Support the sales team by managing the Oracle quote system, working with operations and sales from all ITW StampTech divisions to properly document and set up all spot buy and production orders.
- Maintain forecast database (SAPHRAN software) to enable accurate planning and revenue reporting.
- Interface between ITW management, sales professionals, and operations to understand quote criteria and to coordinate receipt of satisfactory quotes from relevant plants. Review and sign off purchase orders for accuracy against quote and resolve anomalies with management.
- Obtain tool cost recovery from customer by ensuring all tool purchase orders and tool expenditures are recorded correctly.
- Interface between operations and sales for any customer requirements (customer forms, packaging data requests, MSDS, supplier surveys, etc.)
- Maintain database of current open project activity for the sales team and actively manage the information to assist the team towards achieving annual goals.
- Shared General Office Administrative duties of the Troy office as needed.

- A Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience in sales/customer service, engineering or manufacturing management required.
- Elevated proficiency with Microsoft Office software package; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- High level customer interaction skill set.
- Aptitude to multi-task while maintaining highest levels of accuracy.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment as well as flexibility.
- Ability to follow sales forecast to a business plan, including business strategies based on OEM.
- Proven ability to deal with changes in a business environment.
- Personal accountability to align with the ITW Employee Development model.
- An inner drive to understand, communicate and exceed established goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with ability and willingness to communicate and work with other regions.
- Proven ability to work on a team while generating respect and trust from staff as well as external customers.

- Previous project coordination and / or OEM systems experience
