SUMMARY
Traulsen is proud to be known as the premier name in refrigeration for the foodservice market since its founding in in 1938. Though we sell to our customers across the globe, every Traulsen product is engineered, fabricated, assembled, and tested at our facility in Fort Worth, Texas. We are a part of ITW Food Equipment Group, a collection of leading food service equipment manufacturers with shared goals for the highest quality commercial kitchen products.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you provide human resource support across multiple stages of the employee experience with focus on recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development. You will establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and will be able to adapt and perform according to varying work situations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership in search strategy development, candidate sourcing, experience and screening, and translating business strategy into talent and recruitment strategy
- Bring a focus on data. You're excited by the role data can play in improving recruiting outcomes, individual performance, and processes. Your experience will help you build the best approach to working with our partners and building our candidate pipelines
- Partner closely with managers. You'll be naturally curious and inquisitive, seeking to understand the what and the why and not afraid to ask if what we do today is the right way to approach tomorrow
- Care. You'll share our values and exhibit them in your actions and communication with colleagues and candidates. You'll want everyone you interact with to leave with an enhanced opinion of Traulsen and the recruiting function
- Guide highly scalable operational initiatives, process optimization, project management, and recruiting strategy development; manage partner and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure talent acquisition excellence
- Discover and implement recruitment innovation, techniques, and strategies through technology, tools, events, data, and analytics
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 8 years of talent acquisition and development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience of full-cycle recruitment, with comfort guiding both candidates and hiring managers through a start-to-finish hiring process
- Revenue responsibility of $250-300MM and reports to the Senior HR Manager.
Desired Education/Experience
Certificates and Licenses
- CPCC or equivalent certification preferred
- PHR, SPHR or SHRM CP or SHRM SCP preferred.

- Proven experience in designing and facilitating training along with onboarding personnel
Competencies
- Highly developed communication skills with an ease of communication style
- Proficient use of recruiting tools such as SmartRecruiters and LinkedIn
- Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experienced with talent and leadership coaching.

- Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day with flex starting times.
- Infrequent weekends as work demands may require.
