Job Description
This individual will be challenged with developing, delivering, and supporting the AWTX training curriculum. Will have a passion for learning new things and can document and convey the basic concepts of these learnings to others. They must be confident and have self-motivation with a desire for continual education of their own skills.
- Create presentations, training exercises, application examples, and application demonstrations to support the AWTX training curriculum.
- Create strategies and recognize trends in the market to define with the AWTX training team the appropriate goals for current seminars and the future
- Deliver presentations at AWTX product training seminars
- Create relationships with our customers to make their learning experience more efficient
- Continue your education of scale equipment and markets to enhance the customer experience when they engage us
- Represent the customer via internal improvement teams with customer feedback
Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Candidate can work remotely or from our Fairmont or Mankato office.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- Someone with People management experience and problem-solving skills.
- You will be comfortable working on your own and collaborating with others.
- You will enjoy working as part of a team.
- You will have an understanding and ability to master software and software-based products.
- You can travel domestically for up to 10 weeks per year and internationally for up to 4 weeks per year.
