[REMOTE] Marketing Account Manager

Jairus Marketing, a full-service B2B marketing agency, focused on healthcare clients, is expanding its Client Success team and it could be a great fit for your next role.

We have had unprecedented growth in the last year and are looking to build out a team of dedicated account managers / directors to serve as the conduit between our medical device / healthcare IT / medical service clients and our internal fulfillment team.

The role is a balance of calling out work to experts in copywriting, graphic design, digital marketing, and other skills and fulfilling on deliverables where your skills can really help the client.

What does our ideal candidate look like?

• An internal drive to do excellent work for your clients, every single time you can.
• MINIMUM 3-5 years of B2B Agency Account Management experience required
• Experience with healthcare clients, preferred
• Experience in effectively managing cross-functional teams, including brand strategy, creative, and technical resources for website development and online marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with the creative and strategic process, web development, social media, email marketing and online campaigns.
• An ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities with grace.
• An ability to gather information needed and assemble project briefs for presentation to internal teams.
• Comfort working with individuals in all levels of the client organization, including strong skills interacting with senior-level management.
• An eagerness to work in a high-paced, start-up environment with tons of opportunity to grow and learn.
