We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. This position will have an opportunity to travel to markets across the country to provide training and support to our sales teams. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs in a scalable way to enhance the knowledge and skills of our sales representatives, ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in the competitive ambulatory infusion industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training Program Development
- Design, develop, and update training materials, modules, and courses tailored to the specific needs of the IVX sales team
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant
- Regularly update and add to education materials to ensure content is current and aligned with industry standards
- Maintain and improve related websites, ensuring they are up to date and user-friendly
- Training Delivery
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions/bootcamps monthly for remote sales teams, both live and via virtual platforms
- Provide on-site training and support during field visits and sales meetings
- Lead or host training sessions and workshops company-wide, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Onboarding
- Develop and lead the onboarding program in collaboration with the hiring managers for new sales hires, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the company, products, and sales processes
- Develop onboarding agendas in collaboration with Regional VPs
- Facilitate a smooth integration of new hires into the sales team, including shadowing and mentoring during their initial sales activities
- Product and Market Knowledge
- Ensure that sales representatives have a deep understanding of the products and services in the ambulatory infusion space
- Keep up-to-date with market dynamics and competitor information
- Sales Skills Development
- Train and coach sales representatives on effective selling techniques, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Develop and deliver training on CRM and sales enablement tools
- Assessment and Evaluation
- Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
- Use data and feedback to continuously refine and enhance training content
- Remote Support
- Provide ongoing remote support to sales representatives by answering questions and addressing challenges
- Foster a collaborative learning environment through virtual meetings and webinars
- Travel
- Travel frequently to meet with sales teams in various locations, ensuring consistent training delivery and support
- Attend industry-related conferences and events as needed to stay updated on industry developments and represent the company's sales training expertise.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and virtually.
- Prior experience with content creation in a learning management system.
- Proficiency with training and e-learning software and platforms.
- Ability to adapt to remote work environments and maintain high levels of self-motivation.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with sales teams across different regions.
- Knowledge and ability to use standard office software applications including but not limited to Internet, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- 5 years proven experience in sales training, particularly in the healthcare or ambulatory infusion sector
