CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaison between the Physical Therapy Aides and the Clinic Director to support staff, mentor, and field questions or needs
• Communicate with Clinic Director to maintain clinic cohesion, delegating tasks accordingly
• Manage and coordinate aide scheduling to ensure proper patient-to-staff coverage is maintained
• Intervene and rectify aide discrepancies, conducting disciplinary action when necessary
• Conduct periodic staff meetings and attend quarterly leadership meetings with adjacent staff
• Assists with inventory management (ordering, counts, and assessments)
• Assist patients in the performance of therapeutic experiences under the direct supervision of licensed clinical staff 
• Responsible for general maintenance of the clinic through cleaning and laundry needs
• Provide support to the front office team including answering phones, scheduling patients, patient check-in, and co-pay collection
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, other health care professionals
• Maintain a safe clinic environment 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Minimum of 1 year aide experience in an outpatient therapy setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
• Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and possible weekends
