Human Resources Business Partner (Outpatient Pediatric Clinics)
The HR Business Partner will provide regional HR support to Ivy Rehab Pediatrics clinics across each state in which we operate. This position will have the ability to work remotely with periodic travel to clinics across ear territory (northeast, southeast, MidAtlantic, midwest) and to Ivy's home office in White Plains, NY.
This position will be responsible for partnering with regional leadership to realize Ivy’s commitment to being “All about the people” while ensuring her/his assigned region has the talent resources, capabilities and behaviors needed to meet regional goals. The HR Business Partner will need to be detail oriented and able to handle the day-to-day issues but also be able to look at the big picture and work and think strategically. This role will focus on teammate retention and engagement, promoting an engaging work environment, and ensuring labor law compliance.
In addition, the HR Business Partner will provide support at the field level, including acquisition integration and de novo clinic opening, talent review and development, policy implementation, new hire onboarding, and employee relations and compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead all talent and performance management processes for the region
- Lead at least one enterprise-level project to advance Ivy’s people and talent processes (e.g., onboarding, engagement, performance management)
- Partner with leadership to provide counsel and support on both long-term strategic talent initiatives and short-term employee relations issues
- Analyze and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures that result in continuous improvements across the network
- Promote a caring, serving and growing culture in field operations, as measured by regional performance and teammate engagement
- Serve as first point of contact for leaders and teammates across the territory when HR questions arise
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and administer company policies for teammates in region
- Coordinate with hiring managers in region to ensure successful onboarding of new teammates
- Collaborate with regional leadership to help drive the annual teammate performance review process
- Monitor local regulatory and legal developments to ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a multi-site environment
- PHR/SPHR/GPHR preferred
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal labor laws
- Willing to travel periodically to visit clinical locations throughout the regions
