1. Participate in recruiting services on- and off-campus; personal contacts; college fairs; middle/high school visits, information events; community activities. This includes both high school and adult oriented events. Events may take place both during regular business hours and after-hours (evenings and weekends). A particular emphasis will be given to those events that are in partnership or have a focus on the Hispanic/Latino populations.
2. Assist with the development of collaborative relationships with on-campus personnel; local schools, colleges/universities, businesses and community agencies and organizations as they relate to the implementation of the campus recruitment plan.
3. Manage, effectively track and recruit potential student groups with the use of a client relationship management (CRM) tool. Use the CRM to assess the effectiveness of various recruitment efforts and make adjustments based on intake and conversion numbers.
4. Conduct all activities within the established guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Communicate in a timely and professional manner with all internal and external points of contact.
6. Coordinate recruitment opportunities effectively by working closely with other college personnel to include: marketing, K-14, Accelerated Associate Program (ASAP) staff, student development, and Financial Aid.
7. Participate in community service, service learning, and civic engagement projects and activities as deemed appropriate by the Chancellor.

Must possess willingness and ability to travel and work a flexible schedule that includes some evenings and weekends.
Position requires an understanding of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, ability, and ethnic backgrounds.
Minimum of one to two years of relevant experience demonstrating leadership qualities preferred.
