What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at IZONE IMAGING?
Inside Sales Rep will be required to answer incoming phone calls, e-mails and other correspondences from prospective and existing customers requesting quotes for products and services offered by the company.
Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for house accounts in the region assigned and will be the main contact for quote requests and inquiries for house accounts in this region.
Inside Sales Rep responds to such correspondences, reviews specific project related information provided by the Outside sales rep and/or customer, including drawings and written specifications required to develop quotes, provides revisions to quotes based on instructions from the Outside sales rep and/or customer, creates order in internal operational software system, creates order related tasks for Outside sales rep and/or project team in internal operational software system and provides follow up on specific tasks. Inside Sales Rep will be required to assist with hardware and other inquiries by customer for custom specific orders (material application, special cutting, mounting, etc.). Inside Sales Rep will be required to follow up on quotes and customers in areas in the assigned region.
Inside Sales Rep provides entry into internal operational software system to create and document new leads & opportunities based on incoming requests from internet contacts, other marketing efforts or in response to
Outside sales rep’s activities in customer prospecting role, such as trade shows participation or sales meetings.
Supports all other administrative or specific order related activities as may be directed by the Outside sales rep or inside sales rep and contributes to respective internal company initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 2-3 years of sales or sales administrative assistant experience in a branding, signage, design, manufacturing or construction environment is desirable. Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and quality conscious, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for both internal and client facing communications.
Proficiency with Macintosh operating systems and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
This position will be placed in our office in Temple, TX.
