Overview:

The Project Manager will work closely with the project team, stakeholders, and management to plan, organize, and control project activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Conduct risk management and implement mitigation strategies
- Create detailed project reports, including project status, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or problems
- Manage and maintain a project portfolio, ensuring that all projects align with the organization's strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Present project plans, status updates, and recommendations to management and stakeholders
- Ensure that all projects are completed to the required quality standards
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Utilize project management tools, such as Smartsheet, to track project progress and manage project resources
- Implement quality management processes to ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or construction
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on process mapping and budgeting
- Strong skills in project portfolio management and quality management
- Excellent data analysis skills and ability to present findings
- Experience with project management tools, including Smartsheet
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
