Compensation Coordinator

Job Title: Compensation Coordinator Department: Human Resources Country: United States of America State/Province: Arkansas City: Lowell Full/Part Time: Full time Job Summary: Under close supervision, this position supports the day-to-day delivery of Compensation and Stock programs and services. The incumbent collaborates with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to respond to routine employee needs in their particular compensation area of expertise. This position may be aligned to one or more functional areas (e.g., driver comp, DCS/JBI/FMS comp, ICS comp, E&T comp, executive comp, other). Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation and execution of job evaluations and annual wage and salary review programs • Monitor and report on minimum wage levels • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of compensation records and data in the HRIS, such as incentive calculations, award payment approvals, and payment records • Administer compensation program activities: merit EIB load, merit data validation, pay plan maintenance, etc. • Administer stock related contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements, additional employment service contracts, confidentiality and liabilities for breach of contract • Maintain organizational stock data and stock summaries, develop reports, and answer inquiries regarding stock plans (e.g., monthly balance of LTI - annual report support, LTI stock administration, system load for stock) • Provide general administrative support for the Compensation leader/team; scheduling meetings and completing department copying, filing, and supply ordering • Support partnership with other internal departments, business units and senior management to ensure the effective implementation of compensation policies • Coordinate with HR Centers of Expertise and HR Operations to ensure that human resources core services are delivered effectively and efficiently • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant experience, education and training in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Education, Mathematics, Social Science or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Education, Mathematics, Social Science or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
