Community Development Manager
SPECIFIC POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Negotiate, execute and manage consultant agreements and contractor agreements related to land development.
- Schedule and manage all land development trades via established project schedule.
- Generate and maintain overall project schedules for complete master plan development.
- Coordination with all agencies including, but not limited to governing authorities, department of real estate and utility companies as it relates to engineering plans and necessary approvals.
- Manage all development budgets
- Maintain and update cash flow forecasts related to all land development operations, golf course development operations and vertical commercial construction operations
- Maintain allocated lot development costs, coordinate same with Regional Project Manager, Regional Coordinator and Finance.
- Generate and maintain overall project schedules for complete master plan development
- Obtain bonding/sureties as required while reporting same to Corporate
- Initiate and maintain risk management program associated with the building and development of large-scale master-planned communities. Includes Safety audits, Contract Changes, Stormwater Pollution Prevention and trade EMOD compliance.
- Manage the execution of “The Trilogy Vision” through project reviews with other accountable individuals so that Trilogy Brand is maintained.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred; more than 5 years related experience and/or training in the industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years of prior industry (land development, golf course development, commercial construction) experience. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.
