We are seeking a motivated and reliable Office Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical tasks, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing a positive first impression of the company.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and presentations, including setting up equipment and materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in managing the office calendar and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional and courteous demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
