Our manufacturing client in Horsham, PA is looking for a Soldering Specialist .
Job Description: Assigned work orders to check and verify engineering drawings for revisions to follow instructions on building of PC Boards. Building and Soldering of multi-component boards using soldering irons and miscellaneous hand tools and a microscope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verifying engineering drawings for revision on work orders assigned
- Following instructions on engineering drawings to build PC boards using soldering iron and misc. tools as well as Microscope as needed
- Adhere to production schedule on completion of work orders
- Checking on work by inspecting and confirm that no parts were missed using microscope to inspect and also checking on solder joints
- Fill out Travelers documentation with step by step procedures on general application as needed for each work order assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- 1-3 Years of recent verifiable experience in soldering
- Understanding of Engineering drawings
- Manual agility/some lifting up to 5 lbs. required
- Comfortable with using soldering irons, soldering pots, wire cutters and microscope
