At J&L Marketing we create tools, digital campaigns, and events that enable businesses to maximize sales.   J&L Marketing was recently awarded Google’s Highest tier:  Google Premier Status.  This accomplishment is earned by only the country’s top 3% of Ad Agencies.  We are looking for a talented, motivated, and highly collaborative individual who can bring expertise and a forward-thinking approach to our team as a Digital Marketing Strategist.    The primary role of our Digital Marketing Strategist is product innovation and improvement.  We are looking for someone who is innovative, tech-savvy, data-driven, and has significant experience in handling both paid marketing platforms.  Our ideal Strategist loves data and can analyze, innovate, optimize, and support our digital clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.   What to Expect From the Role:  Hands-on experience with overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns organized on digital mediaLearning how to organize and multitask multiple deadlines and projectsLearn on the job about the best practices in the industryExposure to the industry and working with experts.   Digital Marketing Strategist Responsibilities:  Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns from concept to launch Monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels Elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including management, IT, and other teams for product innovation  Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns that will improve results for all industries we serve Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement Evaluate new digital capabilities and present them to the managers and directors Create and enhance process documentation Assist Digital Marketing Team with improved reporting through Google Analytics and J&L’s Reporting Dashboard Assist Digital Marketing Manager with ongoing team development and support  Digital Marketing Strategist Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field Strong data analytics experience is a plus 5 years of Google Ads, Meta, and various other marketing channels 5 years of Google Analytics experience Google Tag Manager experience preferred Google Ads and Google Analytics Certifications are preferred Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proven data analysis and critical thinking skills  Benefits: Competitive Salary  Health, Dental, Vision, and Disability Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance FSA 401K Vacation, PTO, Sick Time, and Seven Observed Holidays Fun and Professional atmosphere
