What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at J.L. Nick & Associates?
We have been engaged by a prestigious and growing company in Western PA to assist them in finding a Financial Controller. Individual will need to be a self-starter and problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing all finance and accounting operations as well as coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. In addition you will support and manage financial operations including Billing, Payroll Reconciliations, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 10 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Experience in multi-company accounting in Sage Intacct software preferred
• Medical related finance experience preferred
• Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong ERP system experience.
