What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at J&M Management?
J&M Management is HIRING! We are currently hiring for Account Managers for Homeowners Associations within Pierce and King Counties. This position is 85% work from home, and will also include evening Board Meetings as necessary (can be up to 8 in a given month; 1-3 hours in length) with mileage reimbursement. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Applicant must have excellent time management skills and be able to work without a lot of oversight once the training period has been completed. Applicant must also have a tough skin and a tender heart to be able to work well with homeowners. We are looking for positions requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week and can offer as much as 40 for the right candidate. Must have a home computer and an efficient printer (with envelope printing capability) as most documents will be printed and mailed from your home office. Perfect position for a second income with the flexibility to still be involved in outside interests and/or family obligations. Position starts at $19.50 per hour with reviews annually, and $0.65 per mile (exceptions may be made for previous HOA experience).
