Duties of a Service Professional (SP):
- Our Service Professionals are highly trained, licensed, and skilled individuals who are compelled to solve pest problems from simple to complex scenarios.
Service Professionals may work in one of our two main divisions, Residential and Commercial, or may be trained as a Hybrid SP and work in both divisions.
The primary duties of JP Service Professionals include property inspection, pest identification, selection of pest control methods/products required, exclusion practices to keep pests out of structures, documentation and recommendation of action taken and required.
After an extensive paid training period, our Service Professionals work independently, and expert help from managers is only a phone call away.
Qualified Candidates Must Possess:
- Ability and desire to work independently with periodic manager check-in days
- Pride in quality of work
- Pride in appearance (self, vehicle, uniform)
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Safety minded attitude to prevent personal injury, harm to others, and property damage
- Safe driving skills and a proven good driving record
- Friendly and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to walk a few miles in all conditions each day at work
What You Get:
Compensation:
- $20.05/hour for the first 3 months of training
- $21.00/hour for months 3 - 6 of employment
- $22.00/hour after 6 months of employment
- $23.75/hour after 1 year of employment
- Sales lead commissions
- $2,000 sign-on bonus for pest control technicians hired with a current pest control license in-hand at time of hire, paid in installments.
