If you picked A, you might just be the experienced Shipping Lead we're hoping will join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shipping department, ensuring that orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner - even if that means shipping the orders yourself. The Shipping Lead will also be responsible for training and managing other shipping staff as the department grows, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shipping personnel.
- Ensure that all orders are shipped on time and accurately.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery status.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the warehouse.
- Train new employees in shipping procedures and processes.
- Assist with managing inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
